Next 6-week Beginner Course Starts Sunday, October 15th 2017

Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta offers the most detailed beginner course in Ashtanga Yoga in the state of Georgia.  AYA also has one of the highest success rates of beginners moving on to become full time ashtanga/mysore students after completion of the course.  With AYA’s beginner course, you will get 6 weeks of Sunday semi-private, 90 minute workshops with an AYA instructor along with 6 weeks of free unlimited Mysore with KPJAYI authorized teacher and AYA director and founder, Todd Roderick.  With your Sunday semi-privates, you will progress through the foundation and seated postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series, learn the Sanskrit count, Sanskrit posture names, and Vedic chants in the practice.  The knowledge gained through this course will serve you in your journey within the Ashtanga practice for many years to come. This course will equip you with a solid foundation from the start of your path within this practice which is crucial in developing healthy and safe habits.

Sunday semi-private beginner course meets as a group at 6:30PM at Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta located at 27 Waddell Street, 30307, in Inman Park, just off the beltline.

Beginner Course (6 weeks): $150 

*Each 6 week course only offers 15 spots.  This is to insure that each student gets ample time and attention from all AYA teachers.  Because of limited space, a reservation can only be returned up to 48 hours before the course start date.  

**Each student’s 6 weeks of free mysore must be claimed within the 6 week course. 

***Students of AYA’s beginner course can take advantage of our exclusive deal to resign upon completion of course for 90 days of mysore for only $300.  If offer is not claimed, unlimited mysore is $160 a month or you can pick from different class cards available.
